What a cute idea!
That is a very good idea! I've been wanting to do something along the lines of "I am a child of God" and this is great! I also thought about doing a pretty font and the whole song typed out on nice paper and framing it... on the mattte I thought about putting pictures of the first year all the way around of the little one!!
